I was invited by West Yorkshire Playhouse to conduct a year-long consultancy, working across the whole company. The company has the ambition to be a learning organisation, an on-going process that involves all aspects of the company; governance, staff, interns, apprentices, student placements and work experience.

Artlink Hull wanted to future proof itself in preparation for Hull2017 City of Culture I worked with colleagues from 509 Arts to conduct a consultancy that looked deeply at organisational culture, and opportunities. Artlink are now on a much firmer footing, ready to take forward the legacy of Hull’s exceptional year of culture.

Engine Room are a vital new force in regional theatre. They create exquisitely crafted tales using Gamelan, puppetry and performance. I ran a consultancy to help them develop a clear business case and articulate their artistic vision.
